The Ronstan RF20175 Series 20 Ball Bearing Block – Pivoting
Lead & Cleat features swivel cleat bases that permit easy
cleating and releasing from any angle. The sheave can be relocated
to allow the control line to feed from below. This comes complete
with Series 20 ball bearing sheave, small T-Cleat and the Fast
Track fairlead.
